  • Yes. All sessions are conducted virtually so you can receive support from the comfort of your home.

Appointments typically take place through my secure client platform, where we meet via video during your scheduled session. This allows us to review your plan, share resources, and work together in real time.

If video is not preferred or available, sessions can also be conducted by phone.

In certain situations, an alternative video option may be used if needed.

Virtual sessions allow for flexible scheduling, continuity of care, and convenient access to personalized nutrition support no matter where you are.

  • Your first session is a deep dive into your whole health story. It typically lasts about 60–75 minutes and includes:

    • Comprehensive health assessment – We’ll discuss your current symptoms, medical history, menstrual cycle patterns (if applicable), digestion, energy levels, stress, sleep, and more.

    • Nutrition and lifestyle review – I’ll get a clear picture of what your daily meals, habits, and routines look like so we can build from where you are now.

    • Goal setting – We’ll clarify your short- and long-term health goals, whether it’s balancing hormones, improving digestion, reducing period pain, supporting PCOS or endometriosis, or enhancing performance and recovery.

    • Personalized guidance – I’ll provide you with initial recommendations tailored to your unique needs and preferences, including food strategies, supportive herbs or supplements, and foundational lifestyle tips.

    • Optional meal and movement planning – If relevant to your goals, we can also begin shaping a flexible meal plan or fitness strategy that aligns with your schedule and energy levels.

You’ll leave with a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with your body and lifestyle. Not a one-size-fits-all template.

My approach is personalized, holistic, and client-centered, so you’ll leave with a clear plan and next steps that feel doable, not overwhelming!

  • To get the most out of our time together, it’s helpful to bring the following:

    • A list of any current medications or supplements you’re taking

    • Your medical history (including any diagnoses or past lab work)

    • A general idea of your current eating habits and lifestyle

    • Any recent labs, if available (especially hormone, thyroid, or metabolic panels)

    • Your goals and concerns, whether related to hormones, energy, digestion, fitness, or anything else

Don’t worry if you don’t have everything, we’ll work together to gather what we need.

  • Follow-up sessions are an important part of the process. They allow us to review your progress, adjust your herbal and supplement plan, support your cycle syncing journey, dive deeper into nutrition and lifestyle habits, and keep building momentum toward your goals!

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.

    Email: morgenbackusnutrition@gmail.com

    Text or call: (856) 320-9022

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be billed in full.
