I have always had an affinity for health and wellness, however my real healing journey with food began a few years ago when I was diagnosed with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and suffered from chronic acne. Through the use of food and plant medicine I was able to completely alleviate and rid myself of these issues and continue to elevate my life and my being through Mama Earth's medicine that she has so graciously provided us all with. My goal is to empower others and those within my community to elevate themselves through health and wellness.
I believe it is truly innate within all of us to cultivate relationships with nature, by not only being cognizant of the earth's resources and how much it truly provides to each and every one of us, but by allowing the earth to help us heal. While I do not oppose against Western medicine and believe that it has its place, I do believe Alternative/Holistic medicine should be given space and respect for its extraordinary capabilities.
