Service Description

Six 45-minute nutrition follow-up visits which continues the nutrition consult process where we continue to work together throughout these four sessions to assess and tailor the nutrition and wellness plan based on your progress. As we evolve on our wellness journey our needs may change, during the follow-up process we will discuss and evaluate these changes.
