Alkaline Stuffed Peppers

Try these decultant, filling stuffed peppers. Super simple and tasty and whole food planted based. All ingredients are approved on the Dr. Sebi food guide. If you try these, please comment and let me know what you think! Here is the recipe.


What you need:


4 green bell peppers

2 cups walnuts

4 mini red and yellow peppers (chopped)

1 small onion (chopped)

3 cloves of garlic (minced)

1 cup of quinoa

2 cups of veggie broth

Onion powder

Garlic powder

Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper

Organic ketchup

Tomato paste

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly oil a baking tray (I used a glass dish)

  • Cook quinoa in veggie broth

  • Saute onion, garlic, and peppers.

  • Use blender to grind up walnuts, and add onion garlic powder italian seasoning salt and pepper, mix together (season to taste)

  • Add walnuts mixture to pain with sauteed onion, garlic and peppers, cook for a few minutes and add ketchup (as much as you want)

  • Arrange peppers on tray/pan, lightly oil. Stuff peppers with cooked walnut mixture

  • Put in oven, cook for 30 minutes or until peppers are soft. Add tomato paste to the tops of peppers after 20 minutes
